As part of NRL NT's ongoing commitment to People, Education and Game Development, we are again throwing our support behind the importance of your club appointing a Club Coaching Coordinator for the 2025 season.

The Club Coaching Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of individual coaches and enhancing the overall effectiveness of coaches, through the support and mentoring in the Club environment to ensure sessions are safeinclusiveorganisedenjoyable and engaging for all involved.

Strategies for these outcomes include:

  • Developing activities & initiatives within the playing group to build a strong sense of inclusion and belonging, including welcoming new players, members, and supporters.
  • Maintaining good communication between all Club stakeholders and identifying your standards/boundaries & none negotiables
